Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during a session and who are these sessions for?
Each session is designed to address your individual needs through an integration of somatic therapy, holistic coaching, and healing touch. To provide a thorough assessment and establish a solid foundation of safety and comfort, the initial session is recommended to be 2 hours in length. This extended time allows us to conduct a comprehensive intake and gauge the state of your nervous system. Following this, sessions can vary from 1 to 4 hours, tailored to your goals and the depth of exploration needed to achieve your desired outcomes.

These sessions are ideal for individuals seeking relaxation, deeper connection, intimacy, emotional release, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. For those needing mental health support, it is recommended to complement this work with guidance from a mental health professional.
Where do sessions take place and what should I bring?
Sessions take place in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. My sanctuary space is located on the third floor of an old Victorian home so there are several flights of stairs and there is an emotional support cat that will be present. There is a parking lot with ample parking and it is easily accessible by public transportation.
I am also able to do outcalls with an additional commuter fee. Please feel free to ask more about this option by reaching out via email.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and whatever else your system may need to feel comfortable. I will always offer you water and have tea available, and we will sometimes use aromatherapy and instruments.
